Therapeutic Recreation

Therapeutic recreation covers the programs that let a child play, move and socialize with the right support in place. Every organization here was nominated by DMV families and voted for daily through July. Ask about staff training, group sizes, whether siblings can join and how each program adapts an activity rather than simply offering a quieter version of it.
