Outreach and training organizations help schools, clinicians and parents build the same understanding of a child's needs. The finalists here were nominated by DMV families who attended a session or brought a trainer into their school, then voted for daily through July. Look at whether programs are offered to parents directly, to staff, or both, and how sessions are delivered.
