Try your hand at pipefitting with Oatey, learning the basics of how pipes are joined and fitted together.

One of the highlights of the festival is the earthquake simulation provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This activity allows participants to experience the effects of seismic activity and understand the importance of building structures that can withstand natural disasters. For those who have always dreamed of operating construction equipment, the outdoor Truck Petting Zoo is a must-visit. Here, you can climb inside real construction machinery, including a crane, and get a feel for what it’s like to operate these powerful tools.
