Girls on the Run inspires individuals of all abilities to discover, build, and grow their self-confidence through physical activity. As they get older, they can become coaches that facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development. Serves locations around Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties, as well as Alexandria City, Falls Church City Manassas City and Manassas Park.
