This hour is reserved just for them, so they don’t have to worry about any big kids running around! Of course, they are also welcome to join us during our regular hours as well.

Flight Fit: Did you know that Flight offers a workout class? At Flight Fit, you’ll use trampolines and exclusive equipment for an amazing cardio experience, strength training, and a full body workout. It’s possible to burn up to 500 calories per hour while running, jumping, pushing, and pulling your way through our EPIC adventure park! Birthday Parties: At Flight, we throw the best birthday parties! Your dedicated party host will handle all of the details so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the party! The Guest of Honor also receives a Golden Ticket which allows them to jump for FREE for 30 consecutive days!
