Butler’s Orchard is currently celebrating its 75th anniversary—they opened in 1950! On Thursdays, strawberry-picking is by walk-in only. Reservations are available for Friday and the weekend. The orchard also has other yearly events like a Pumpkin Festival and Bunnyland, which are also lauded by guests. Kids will want to check out the petting zoo!

Miller Farms

Miller Farms is hosting their May-June strawberry-picking. On weekdays, no reservation is required. For the weekends, also known as Strawberry Fest, a reservation is required, and guests will also be treated to live music, face painting, concessions and more. Guests continue to praise the pies from their bakery, and Miller Farms’ homemade strawberry ice cream has made a return!

Wegmeyer Farms is a great choice for those in or near Loudoun County. Reservations are available for weekdays and weekends, though one reservation is good for your whole family. Wegmeyer also hosts scheduled field trips until June 7. Groups have been particularly fond of the scenic hilltop background, which lends greatly to photo ops.

Great Country Farms

Great Country Farms has a whole lot to offer apart from its strawberries. They have livestock to visit, and their large playground includes slides, mazes and an obstacle course. Great Country is also host to many festivals and events during the seasons, like their Fall Pumpkin Harvest Festival and November Dino Fest.
