America’s Trot for Hunger
America’s Trot for Hunger is one of the largest turkey trots in Washington DC, and it raises funds for So Others Might Eat (S.O.M.E.), a Washington, DC-based nonprofit that provides food, clothing, medical care and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Arlington Turkey Trot 5K
Every year in Arlington, families and runners gather for the Arlington Turkey Trot 5K — a fun, festive run through Lyon Park and Ashton Heights. It’s a tradition celebrating gratitude and enjoying community spirit, plus runners get a T-shirt and custom bib to remember the day. All proceeds from the Arlington Turkey Trot help 10 local nonprofits keep doing their amazing work in the community.

The Capital Turkey Trot 5K & 10K
The Capital of Texas Turkey Trot is hosted by Bishop’s Events and combines high-quality running experiences with a charitable mission. Runners and families take part in a fun 5K or 10K through the trees on a trail that’s typically perfect for walkers, strollers or anyone who wants to join in. Everyone gets a finisher medal, a race shirt, and a chance to enjoy the outdoors and help a good cause together. Each event gives 25% of profits to a designated local or national nonprofit.
