We’ve compiled a list of the top hockey camps and clinics in the DMV this year.
Laura Stamm
Focused on power skating, this clinic is designed to improve on-ice speed and mobility. Players can expect to develop powerful strides, explosive acceleration and backward speed. These three- to five-day clinics are geared toward players with at least one season under their belt. There are clinics in Arlington, VA, and Laurel, MD, throughout the spring and summer, check their website for schedule specifics.

Cold Rush
At the Ashburn Ice House, players can drop in all summer or join for a single day to work on targeted skills with the Cold Rush training program. Their schedule offers plenty of options for travel team-level skaters and is a great way to customize your training this summer.

DC Hockey
If you have a player who is still learning more basic hockey skills, the DC Hockey summer clinic is a way for them to get much more comfortable on the ice. They teach essential skills at the one-hour weekly session at the Rockville Ice Arena.

The St. James Hockey Camps
This summer, St. James is offering the DMV 3’s Hockey Camp for young players. The coaching staff includes players from top leagues such as the NCAA, AHL and NHL. Focused on skill development in an inspiring atmosphere, this camp has 13 hours of on-ice time to help unleash your players’ potential.
