Dreams For Kids DC (DFKDC) will be partnering with Sierra Fox, from FOX 5 News, to create a dance clinic for local youth. This will be a fun event to get everyone’s bodies stretched and active. The event is open to youth and young adults ages 4-30 with disabilities of any type and will be held on Sunday, July 24 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the the Edlavitch DC Jewish Community Center in Washington, D.C. dreamsforkidsdc.org

Help a New Mom in Need!

There has been a significant formula shortage across the United States. In an effort to help get formula and other baby essentials to those who need it most, local retailer Current Boutique will be partnering with the local nonprofit, The Napkin Network. Help Kids Hit It Home with The Nationals and Horton’s Kids

Wednesday, July 27, head to Home Runs for Horton’s Kids. It’s a family-friendly night at Nationals Park that will raise $500,000 for Horton’s Kids and the children in D.C.’s Ward 8. Event admission will include batting and fielding practice with Nationals staff, a fast-pitch competition in the bullpen, carnival games and snacks and drinks.
